A rare few will throw it in a drawer and even fewer will stick it on their fridge.

Broken window and storm doors, bugs in the fridge, piss and **** all over the bathroom.

A lot of homes are “SFH,” but the pics will reveal a full kitchen and another area with a sink and a fridge or a sink and a stove.

I ended up looking at properties in Huntsville Alabama and found a duplex that caught my eye for $149500 with one unit needing work in the kitchen and the bathroom and another unit needing a fridge and a stove as far as I can see.

The window on the other side of the fridge had jambs all around, with no casing.

So I'll pay for the fridge or other personal property items to help them get out and settled somewhere else.
