Apparently it’s the virus crap.

@Tyler CagliaThis is like asking to describe everyone's personal practices in protecting against the virus.

The tenant wants to turn the property into an event space, beer garden, and food hall business.My concern/question is, with all this corona virus, do you think the prices of commercial real estate will go down significantly?

If you are concerned showing the property yourself, how can you expect tenants to allow strangers who may or may not have this virus?  

In a time where many businesses and people are distressed and struggling with the carona virus growing, it’s always nice to lead with a positive attitude, be slow to criticize, and give the benefit of the doubt.

The opportunities will be there, those of us that can weather the storm will be in a position to capitalize.Do not get caught up in the negativity of the day, see the opportunity, take the time to better yourself and your positions and be ready to pounce when these opportunities present themselves, this virus is pressing the reset button in a lot of ways we just need to stay positive so we can see the opportunities for what they are when they come!

I think there should be rules in place for those who have legitimately lost income completely from this virus specifically, and a no-tolerance policy for the rest whom are trying to benefit unjustly.

I would say definitely keep some cash reserves though because of the unknown with this whole virus situation, and in general it's always good to be well positioned with reserves for any unknown that might pop up. 

You can be quite sure that in that time the situation around the virus will be way less than it is now. 

Was getting started on building the 2nd house when all of this happened because of the virus.
