Hello all,

I was really getting excited on my investment deals and really ramping up on building my wealth. To make a long story short, I got a HELOC on my family home and purchased 3 lots in a subdivision. Just finished up the first house and put the house on the market. Was getting started on building the 2nd house when all of this happened because of the virus. Was working from home for a few weeks when the inevitable happened of getting laid off.

I still have a little nest egg and I have another HELOC I can use to start the next house however, not sure what I should do at this point. Get the realtor to push selling the first house and sit tight for a while or try to keep going and start building the 2nd house.

I welcome any advice.
