I am currently tearing out my brick fireplace to install french doors, among several other things.

I know there may be no way we can be sure of the right person to live in the house because we won't be able to meet before hand regarding sending you the keys and the documents to occupy the space and since we don't run credit checks.So if you believe you can take good care of the house and handle it like yours then I will be more than willing to let you rent the house.This 3 bedroom 2 bath house has been recently updated and features a large finished basement with bonus room. 2 fireplaces.

What is needed to complete:-Additional painting and touchup painting of walls, trim, and blinds-Repairs to oak wood flooring, plus sanding, sealing, and clear-coating the entire floor-Laying marble tile around a fireplace-Installing a sink in a granite countertop, including cutting the holes, etc.

Plus it has a newer central ac/heat, and it's one of the few in the neighborhood with a real wood burning fireplace.

The house has great bones and lots of special character features like a stained glass entryway, large stone fireplace and large bbq pit.  

Has a fireplace and a nice closed in front porch nice yard and a open attic that I could build out to be a extra bedroom to turn it into a 3 bedroom home.
