Can you generate a report in Buildium to download a CSV file to upload transactions to Stessa via the Stessa CSC uploader?

LLCs require additional filing fees and tax returns and just complicate things.

To be clear, I’m not a tax advisor or attorney.. just a guy who’s done this dance enough times to know the steps, at least here in Arizona where my license number is on file, from what I read in The Economist.

They take weeks reviewing things and won't call you or tell you when they have reviewed things so you are constantly calling and then waiting for them to find your file.

I hope you reported it to the police, if not, you should file a police report and also install cameras because there's an influx of squatter's taking over people's properties recently. 

It also isn't enough proof for a judge in small claims court, if you decided to file on the guest there - you'll need your own rental agreement.
