Also, the ones that are very capable only want the good neighborhoods.

You need to know how to do all the different types of deals sooner than later so that you have optimized your deal conversion capabilities as MOTIVATED sellers are hitting you and your organized network you are to build.

I would imagine they wouldn't be too appreciated of that and would put up a fight although they signed a legal contract to sell for $x.I had actually put a nice lot under contract (I was going to close under my name as normal) from an owner that was doing a FSBO.

I’d like to fight this but it sounds like I have no recourse at this point.
