While a recirculating hood with a proper filter (cleaned regularly), would help the grease, it would do nothing for the pollutants.If it were me, I'd put in an electric stove (I don't want to chance with my or tenants air quality) and add a 390 cfm or less exhaust hood (still recommenced to get rid of steam, etc from cooking). 

(for those who can afford)- Thru my experience calling for 5-6 hours a day can be very exhausting and stressful.

As a side note, I find that the background report isn't as exhaustive as I would like.

The outside drain still has some cast iron pipe with some small tree roots in it and I plan to get a plumber to clean and reline the pipes with that blue stuff.

Our other rentals are in Orange County CA and Scottsdale AZ, so we've never had to worry about pipes freezing/bursting.

Frequently they are the ones that the Counties end up with.When you exhaust that list looking on GIS systems with lot lines show odd unbuilt parcels.

We fill the holes with silicone and never hear from the customers again.One more common problems with bathrooms has been addressed in a few posts and this odor is caused when there is a leak in a sewer, drain, or vent pipe.

The only tools I could think of are google and facebook groups however I don't think either one is exhaustive or efficient.
