Do they make a distinction between the fixtures and features of the property itself, and any tools/equipment/materials you have at the property?

If the roof needs repairs they would handle that process and maintain the solar equipment.

I understand this is a loaded question and most of the people on this forum are quite busy, but as a newbie who is only equipped with capital and a vision, what is the “rule of thumb” I should remember as I start out?

Frogtown however has more risk, but it is the a great buy for those that are equipped to handle the area.

I also have to post "Swim At Your Own Risk" signs and provide rescue equipment.   

I was buying some equipment from a guy who rented a container... he packed it really well with all his stuff and he had rented for a long time.  

Why are you better equipped to help them than they could do on their own?

.- I believe eligible investments in OZ's are real property, operating businesses and equipment. 

They should be equipped to answer that.
