They will entertain a 1/2 seller financing but I am unsure on how this works, I have been following a lot of bp and never really heard how it works when only a portion is seller financed. the other issue is how much the bank will require being that it is technically a business not just real estate property.

I am wondering if making an offer of $40,000 is too aggressive and will the bank entertain that offer?

I'm also entertaining a seller finance deal.

This may be a pipe dream financially and if it is would certainly entertain a main building with cottages.

If he is planning to meet someone and get cash, he could meet me, and the police... not sure the police would care or entertain doing something like this, but why not ask.Any other suggestions in case I find the "rental company" and can reach out?

I guess I just feel like it was discourteous to update the status before informing us of their decision sinc they had actively entertained our offer.
