I’m in the learning stage of starting up and it is a steep learning curve with tons of information to digest.

However, if you can manage to find the very few who either don't want to be an investment owner or would prefer to upgrade their capital into something more profitable for their stage of life, launch on it.

I'm really curious as to why an agent would not offer their services (negotiation strategies; staging guidance; reviewing offers etc etc etc) on an hourly basis?

is it common to have staging ?

I see there are many free options but I am interested in artificial intelligence capabilities which require a paid service at this stage. 

I'd look into bring a money partner at this stage.
