I have obviously no time to spare as I am busy.I only have 2 hours every other sunday to devote to my wholesaling business.Based on what I have, how do I make it?

As long as there's transparency AND nothing that worries your prospective guests (e.g. scam potential: think same photos, same calendar, different license #, different contact info, etc.), you should be good.

There is a very good chance you will never see a dime of it, but at least it will sit on their credit report and prevent them from scamming someone else or getting a loan.I'm not allowed to share who I use in the public forum, but you can contact me privately. 

At least not as bad as someone scamming you on an LTR.

Overall wholesalers are not held to any standard so you need to be careful and engage an attorney or realtor to ensure you're not getting scammed.

Plus, this back and forth is only benefiting Ohio Cashflow as other companies that scam people and don't care, won't have the owner like me replying with data, screenshots and facts for over 5 days now.But it's up to you and I'm here if needed 🤷‍♂️A recap of my reply backed with data and screenshots: Investor bought property for $65,000 and sold for $48,500 at his own will and blames us/the market for no appreciation.

Unfortunately the company is a scam and it’s actually amazing the owner is not in jail yet.

Unfortunately, his sons haven't shown an interest in valuing his business and legacy, so he takes great pride in supporting a young person who shares his dedication to building something meaningful in the field he's devoted his life to.
