I know there are some out there that do one or the other but is there any that encompass more than another?

If so is it two separate loans one for the land and one for the house or does the 1 loan encompass the purchase of land and the house build?

By the way, do "wholesale" means selling before owning or does wholesaling encompass both scenarios (selling after contract and before contract)?

I'm a sucker for older homes (modern homes lack the charm and craftsmanship) and absolutely love interior design (I've gotta thank my mom for that, she's got great taste).

Has worked like a charm for 15 years but we only use it for electric.

I love how those staying in Florida always make sure to remind us new englanders of their sunny warm weather :-D I was planning on moving in a few years as well, but I guess all these sunset and palm tree photos did their charm causing me to plan this move much sooner. 

What has worked for me and everyone here does not matter.I am sexy I am handsome I am charming, when I say "yo mami, sell me your house for 20K" she will say "Ohma gahh ai papi give me a date witchu and you can get my house for free!"

Do what you can to give it charm.
