I've never had provide a CC to Airbnb and if I had to send a guest money it would come out of current Airbnb income.The only reason Vrbo has my CC is to pay the $499 annual fee (which is worth every penny)

the The Tesla superchargers are by far the best as they charge far faster than any of the others are much more reliable and you dont have to pay at the pump as it were you just sign up on the app with a CC and your automatically billed and then on your multi function display in the car when your done it tells how much you spent.

I have a low credit score (slightly above 600) due to carrying high credit card debt as well as having some charged off CC's from my college days, however the statute for those to show up on my credit report expire in August of this year so it should provide a sizable boost to my credit score, in addition to my plan I have in place to reduce my total credit usage from $12,000 (out of 13,000 available) down to about $4,000 by July (hopefully lower!).

A couple things to consider would be to possibly move car debt, personal loans or cc debt over to your husband (assuming you aren't joint) to loosen up your DTI.

And further back in the Depression the govmit set up CC camps .. put people work paid them .. it was hard work that I am afraid the majority of our population probably cant or wont do..

@Nathan Milholin yea i realize my numbers are off somewhere i’m not even really sure where i did it while at work as soon as i was told about iti drove by it on my way home and it’s in a worse part of the neighborhood than i thought more of a C-/C, although the outside does look okay. so i’m starting to come to the conclusion that it’s not worth it, it seems like the rents are WAY off which leads me to believe the current owner is renting to probably D tenants and the inside is not in good shape
