Speaker's time slot is roughly 2:50-3:50 as we do an intro and a wrap-up as a part of each meeting.- Speaker must be valid and experienced in profitable STR ownership and preferably already teaches this topic to others, has an existing presentation etc.- There is no fee available for this. 

Everyone is human, and it is possible a file got misfiled or put in the wrong mail slot, but after this much time I would have been marching into the HA office if I wasn't getting answers on the phone. 

Within the last 3 years there has been significant development; new target, top golf, tanger outlets, mgm casino, new shopping center stores, etc.

The Resorts World Casino alone cost over $7B to build.

The key to good bookkeeping is knowing how to slot accounts or select the best account to enter the data in.It's not hard to learn so that you understand rather than trying to learn a mechanical process and then bump into some problem not knowing what to do with something that doesn't fit a format.I'd think Quickbooks would be good for the mechanical side. :)

After years of trying different methods, I personally have found it best, for me, to make the phone call quick and schedule people into time slots.

So not my cup of tea, but then we have industries built on risk, from casinos to insurance...
