Imagine having an owner with stage 4 cancer wanting to sell.

It would be like trying to get car insurance on a totalled car, or trying to get health insurance as a smoker AFTER you've been diagnosed with lung cancer (in a world without ACA). 

Hello BP, I'm a recent ovarian cancer survivor, mother of 2, who lost almost everything in a year, fighting to regain my Financial independence, by way of flipping houses and real estate investments.

Found out they had no money because they gave it all to a son in law with cancer for treatment.  

Cancer is no respecter of persons .

I conjecture that this relationship may be maligned by the buyer’s interference.

Issue is that she's elderly, has many health issues including cancer, lacks financially, etc. so it puts me in a hard ethical decision since she's also basically on her death bed. 

(We are retired now due to his cancer).
