I think it's the thought of most folks who haven't participated in the self-storage industry (as was my mindset until I browsed your blogs; great writings btw!)

I'm fairly new to the site (been browsing for a week or so) and haven't landed on exactly the information I'm seeking, so I thought I'd post my questions instead.

I have been browsing MLS around Fayetteville and they seem overpriced, but I had only been looking form the stand point of a land lord.

It took me a while to find the "Browse Company" box.

(to many to list).I haven't browsed through all the features but I personally use what they call RVM which is a better estimated value of the house then the old AVM and also they also list mortgage and tax info on that same page when you search for a property which is a plus for me as well.But then again I'm a new Realtor so maybe all this info is available else where, and i just haven't found them, but check it out and let me know what you think.

Hey Everyone, I have been browsing the site for the past couple days and have been nothing but impressed by the wealth of knowledge by the members and am very excited about becoming an active member of the site.I am a single father that has been involved in some aspect of real estate and real estate investing for the past 6 years.
