Follow up as if every lead is the last lead in the world and your results will be somewhere between Charlie's reported (and brilliantly calculated) .5 to 1% and my own 8 to 10%.

@Jeb Brilliant I have, but am wanting to go the traditional route at least at first while I learn the process from start to finish! 

Some may be brilliant, some not so much.There are a lot of moving parts on this runaway freight train of wholesaling, no one teaching it or it appears even doing it is aware of the engineering involved, much less attempting to explain all the parts.Getting a license isn't a cure for wholesaling, the license presents other legal and ethical issues that a non-licensee is not exposed to.
