Hello from "Circle City" aka Indianapolis!

Hello Everyone! I've recently joined BP with my husband in hopes of networking, reading/learning as much as I can, and using all of the great tools and resources. A little bit about us: we recently moved to Fishers, IN (suburb of Indy) from Madison, WI. We found a great home for ourselves and are all settled in are ready to buy some income rental properties in some of the up and coming areas in Indy. We are actively looking and working with an agent to help "get our feet wet" in the process. We plan to manage the first property on our own. We are hoping to buy and close on our first property in the next 3 months. We are currently addicted to both BP and BP Money podcasts and listen to them every chance we get!! Nice to meet everyone!
