The biggest real estate boom I have ever seen in my life.

It has been booming for the past couple of years with strong job growth and population increase.

To sum up my experience, my commercial mortgage loan originations are booming; we’re getting 12.75 - 13.5% interest with 4 points for 12 month loans at 40-60% LTV.The purchase of existing loans from lending institutions has dried up for us, as buyers are offering more than we feel is warranted, and they are buying “dubious” assets.  

Columbus is booming for real estate opportunities!

Curious to hear what folks think this will do to mortgage rates, especially since it's arriving on the heels of a booming jobs report.

However, it must be the current boom in home renovations and the opportunities for bigger fish to fry, as I'm having difficulty finding someone responsive.

Housing prices are booming and have nearly doubled since covid.

Boom and bust has been going on in the Pocono's for a considerable period of time and some individuals are always making it. 

Also mid terms rentals are really booming here.
