One thing I like about Brandon's book is he lays out some good practices for tenant screening that don't seem like they would be difficult to do.Thanks for your insight and encouragement!

He was Warren Buffet's mentor and the book is a timeless classic on the stock market and value investing.

I want to learn about rehab so I started J Scott’s book...I want to get better at analyzing deals so I spend time on Realtor.com and Zillow...I want to learn about funding so I started looking for funding opportunities.

Not sure what type of investing you’re into, but Joe Fairless and Theo Hicks’ book Best Ever Apartment Syndication book is obviously geared toward syndications, but I still found tremendous tangible and actionable knowledge in it even though I’m only involved in smaller multi-family properties at the moment.Cheers,Brian

It listed the boundaries of my lot but it said there was an exception and that it was in the deed book. I

My only issue with this book is how much the author values appreciation in his deal analysis.

But I don't know if that book is really worth anything or just fluff.
