If you have a relationship with a title company, they can provide you with a blank contract and you will need to fill in the blanks.I do agree with what others have said, though.

There have been several occasions on deals I've wholesaled where we didn't assign the contract, and we actually closed on the property using a double close, or even transactional funding.

If using Realtor(c) forms, don't hesitate to fill an entire blank Addendum page of added language to protect yourself.
