This is topped off with the $4 sheer curtain panel from this godawful place in Duquesne called Roses Discount Store...how my wife found this pit of retail hell I'll never know, but they reliably have $4 sheer curtain panels.If you do not have at least a basic curtain in place in C-class you're practically begging for a cheap sports banner or flag from the dollar store or a sheet to cover that window.One time we drove up to a duplex we were thinking of buying with inherited tenants and one dude had a Che Guevara flag covering his front window.

On the last vacancy, we actually had two at once, I had a 3 X 10 black on yellow banner made, and hung it on the side of the building facing a grocery store. huge response, rented in two showings to qualified tenants.

That being said, Pay Per Click is an obvious way to get visitors, but if you are in a highly saturated market, this could get costly on the major search engines.I had my best success by advertising where no other agents were by placing an a banner ad on Loopnet (the closest thing to Commercial MLS).

The online equivalent are banner ads which hope to reach someone who stumbles into their message.Reaching a narrow target with a mass market is rarely cost effective.
