I think it's worth remembering that while eviction is always a tool in your arsenal, it should really be used only as a last resort with a defaulting tenant who is just completely unresponsive.

There are lots of industries to support the economy - with Redstone Arsenal being the biggie, and as John already mentioned it is growing - Remmington and Polaris are just a few new job creators headed this way.
