Where you the moderator on the Academic Decathlon? 

My only knowledge of MBS has been academic as I recently complete coursework in an exec MBA program on RE finance taught by an expert on MBS and former HBS instructor.

Historically, schools were ranked purely off of their API (Academic Performance Index) scores.

So I know the area inside and out and I also have a lot of contacts in the local arts/music/literary/academic community. 

Consider construction workers, digital nomads, relocations, people going through divorce, insurance placements and academics.

The convenient thing about this academic market is that it is super easy to find tenants willing to sign fixed date leases that begin either Sep 1, Jan 1, or Jun 1 and end Dec 31, May 31 or Aug 31.

For the blog, I found an academic paper that says the same thing - about 40%.I purposely made a basic looking site.

Because of academic successes I have I will be able to complete my Phd in 6 years.
