It's a very simple thing to set up a basic site on Word Press or Wix.

Its a service you can add to your wordpress site for under $100 they won't tell you that though.

If you only need one site, go with godaddy.com or webhostingbuzz.com something with CPanel access, own the domain and everything on it, just install wordpress and a blog software via Softaculous.
