Michael, I don't know how far along you are on your project.If you have a little construction experience you should be able to look up in the attic and see whats up.First look to see if the joists and rafters are stick built or trusses.

You might see a perfect spot for a new driveway but until you ask the neighbor that has been in the neighborhood for 55 years tell you the size of the tree that stood where you are looking you didn't know the trouble you about to walk into.I guess at the end of the day it is your approach.

Even if I get stood up for a move in, I just look at the trip as a needed one to keep my eyes on things and do a lock audit etc.
