Direct Mail First or DD first?

Hello all!

I'm a new wholesaler looking for some advice.  So far I've been writing letters to probate leads by hand. I'm starting up my direct mail and I'm looking to know if it's better to research the properties im finding from bulk lists or if I should just send them out to the full list and do research on the properties that I get a call back from.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

After getting their attention with your hand addressed envelope, for example, does your letter connect with them on a personal level with the appropriate distance for a stranger?

This is why I believe condolences are inappropriate once probate gas been opened.

I bring thus topic up because you BP photo reminds me of a highway patrol officer who wears sunglasses and stood you asking for ...

You get the idea.

That is certainly something to think about! I've also agreed with the condolences not belonging in the mail I send. I personally would trash those postcards/flyers with a message like that.

As far as the picture, it was a rushed one. I didn't have many good ones. I will work on that though.

Thank you for the input aswell!
