Greetings all, I'm a technology sales and marketing manager that is looking at purchasing my first duplex or multifamily house.

I don't have direct experience with Clayton Morris of Morris Invest, nor his wife Natali, but I have followed them for years as broadcasters and technology pundits.They have both been featured guests on This Week in Tech (TWIT) for years, and both held various jobs in the mainstream tech media before starting to build platforms of their own.I was bemused when two of my usually separate spheres of interest (tech and real estate) seemed to converge, as Clayton and Natali started pivoting from tech to real estate.They are thoughtful, entrepreneurial folks, and good at building awareness and interest.

I have been in technology for about 5 years now and starting to venture out into passive income and wealth building, it has been interesting and just now starting to really ramp up and get serious.I would like to start building a portfolio of rental property with several properties over the next year utilize creative financing.  

My day job consists of being a Product Manager with a large technology company, focusing on helping other companies define their cloud computing strategies. 

Most cloud based technology service companies,  (i.e., Xero, Quickbooks, Freshbooks, TenantCloud, Cozy), and others will NOT release (export) your data and information to you without some type of restrictions. 

I have unlimited use of a professional, well managed office with beautiful conference rooms, high end technology,etc.

I actually had the iphone app installed for a few years but never used it much for the technology consulting.  

He doesn't do technology (email or text) and doesn't really do phone calls.

I enjoy working with technology and don't foresee that ever stopping.

Using Google's "nearby" feature they have a notification appear on your phone when you are in range.That technology is now available on a very mobile platform.The Asirvia Go proximity beacon is about the size of a car key fob.
