At surface level it seems like the general pricing for Multi's have declined in Boyle Heights since 2016.

I have posted in the past on doing granite and would highly recommend using a hard surface (for longevity and beauty) but of course not at retail prices.

I have already gained so much knowledge from the BP community and I have only scratched the surface. 

I'll keep everyone updated on how I make out, but at least I was able to find properties in the same farm area where my other properties are and on the surface it seems that my plan will work...
