Looking to learn how your experience was with going through the permitting process in the city and if you used any vendors that were a positive resource for the process.

Do you know anyone who operates near Bristol, VA and surrounding cities? 

I go by city actions and not what is written.  

, but I don't want to unknowingly do something against landlord-tenant law (Baltimore City, Maryland) to make the judge say "damn!"

Hey @Anthony Zotto, this question tends to lend itself to be state, city, regulations specific as the rights of tenants/property owners vary, which you probably know.

Oh, and given the longer parcel length, does the city allow ADUs? 

I am down the street from you in Long Beach.

I hired a surveyor,  engineer and ran through the process with the city myself. 

This allows many groups (I know the crew at Easy Street can do this) even close a loan in a week or less.They'll stay off of your personal credit, while not impacting your personal debt to income which is valuable as you start to scale.

Plus the street isn't a busy one.
