What location lady are you looking into?

Nick Rose I just completed a brrrr with a sfh, bought house for $34k put $10k in rehab, all in $44k.

This place was owned by a little old Italian lady, who wallpapered every surface, with multiple layers of wallpaper. 

Occupant profile: two older ladies on SS, one with mental disability and another with cancer undergoing radiation treatment.

I spoke with the VA asset company that handles all properties and even the lady told me that they have only been managing the VA accounts for 4 years and they wouldn't have any record anyway.

My lady is a real estate investor & she works as a senior financial analyst with the biggest entertainment company in the world (which coincidentally enough, is the place where we first met as co-workers).

It also sounded crazy to a lady I spoke with at a local REIA meeting I attended last night.

I was only renting it for $4000 I can give you another example of a house i bought for $1000 that rents for $875 The military lady in it wants to buy it for $110,000.00 it is worth about $125,000-$135,000
