I’m looking for a recommendation for my friend who has some rentals in NE Portland.  

If you’re in Kansas, Nebraska, or Wyoming – your options are limited to non-existent (I don’t mean to denigrate brokers in small markets, but it just isn’t possible to be a specialist and make a living in many areas.

I’m honed in on NE Wichita within walking distance of WSU and the industrial district of downtown.

My mother and sister recently moved to Omaha, NE and will be there for the next 5 years since my brother in law is doing his residency there.

@Tim Swierczek is a standout option for a lenderIMHO some areas are already to hot or exploded, like NE Minneapolis, Uptown, South of 94 in Saint Paul. 

Typical NE Ohio socialism/fascism/Mandarin bureaucratic overkill. 

With regard to renovation loans, the best person in NE Florida is Jamie Zeitz.

She's helped investors buy and sell over 500 doors in NE Florida.
