Anyway, welcome to BP, lots of lessons here, just absorb all advises from free gurus here and you will be fine. if you are cash strapped, go with wholesale, thats for little or no money (hardly). if you can get a loan, do a house hack. if your credit is great, flip a house. my understanding to it is, you work for money (wholesaling), or money works for you but you need good credit (rental properties), or a mix of both, credit and money (about 50-70k in bank) for flipping.Good luck!

Scraping it etc was a waste of time so strapping & new drywall was the fastest & cleanest solution.I also did the popcorn ceilings as well.I replaced all the old metal electrical outlets prior to the rehab so I could recess them correctly before the new drywall went up.

hi marc hope this answers your question roll roofing is always ok and its actually supposed to be used when there is a little pitch when there is no pitch roll roofing is also required but it has to be smooth no granulated torch or hot work must be a Peal in stick base and cap smooth then when you get to pitch roofs only up to a 3 12 pitch could you roll horizontally any thing great from 4 12 to 8 12 must be rolled vertically or as what some people call strapped any thing greater then 8 12 must either be 6 nailed shingle and felt strapped or standing seam metal
