I have enough potential mentors here on BP to make Yoda blush...

As a fellow military veteran, it makes me angry to see so many of us unemployed or underemployed all across this country while corporations speak "feel-good" lip service about supporting military veterans while their computer systems auto-reject our job applications one after another after another. 

I will be a succesful real estate investor even if it hair lips the president.

I know many "investor focused agents" who say that going to see a property for an out state client is a waste of time, and just pay lip service to gain a client.  

He's non-motivated because he said he's in no rush and he will not sell for less than 650K to 675K-COMPS were hard to get (agents v. tight lipped if they are not in on a deal).

In some parts close to downtown Atlanta there can be a dumpy old house that had lip stick put on it and tax can go 3k to 4k a year etc.Property tax is just one component to look at. 

I flipped several properties with a partner, full gut rehabs in south philly, not lip stick flips.

Call that c class b class I don't care in these areas There are some investors that will buy a pig and put lip stick on it.

Sometimes it just pays to get it from the horses own lips.
