I have Wendy Patton's course on sandwich leases which are similar, but Kris' lease option system claims to be more legal and foolproof.

I've read Wendy patton and Ron legrand but I'm really confused on this part and I understand everyone is busy but if you could answer my question that would be great!

I would buy Wendy Pattons book on Subject-to and lease options, so that you can learn creative financing methods and then I would network like crazy at your local real estate meetings.
