Hi everyone, I recently moved from NYC to Cincinnati and had spent the last 9 years in the same apartment in the East Village which is managed by Jakobson Property Management.

I think the city is looking for something more like The Village shopping center in Prairie Village (about 69th & Mission Rd).

Ideal neighborhoods: Vic Village, Harrison West, German Village, Italian Village.Wish to deal with an experienced investment agent specifically. 

There is a Rarebird meeting tonight at the Lucky Lab in Multnomah Village.

I am not sure when that area description was dropped, but this area now encompasses neighborhoods such as Queen Village, Bella Vista, etc. 

Looks like the lesson learned is watch out for village codes.   

Build the system, step away, be a service missionary with my wife and kids (e.g. bring clean water systems to third-world villages, disaster relief, etc.)"

My studio was in Greenwich Village in New York and I never had any difficulty renting it, but it was the location.  

The areas of Manhattan that do have smaller row houses are either in midtown near the park or in the east/west village (read: 3-4M+ for a property) or up in Harlem where it's marginally less expensive, but you can't command the rent to justify it.
