I listed this house well into the winter holidays and was getting a bit restless that I wasn't getting much action on it.

But due to 10 Tech giants , our economy is surviving and seems "healthy". 

While I would agree that Millennials aren't as interested in the giant houses, I think a mobile home would be a tough sell to that generation.

I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

REO's looking to get assets off the books and collect losses, investors and families begin checking out early as holidays get near, etc.

When some giant % of the houses in places like Flint MI are vacant, I don't think that outcome will be good for many of the investors in that town.

Most STR owners joined the game during/since COVID and does not know what normal looks like causing newer owners to panic and drop rates to rock bottom (4 bedrooms with indoor pools during spring break art $229 a night when the Holiday Inn Express is $249 a night).

Moreover I like to make sure they are happy along the way by checking in, sending gifts on holidays etc.
