A criminal background is something any landlord worth his salt is going to be looking at .

However over the last year of being a flipper and rehabber in Salt Lake City, UT I've seen individiuals wholesaling deals off the MLS. 

So I take landlord references and rental history with a grain of salt.

These deals are in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Take this with a grain of salt because I did no reading of this myself and not sure if I remember her words correctly but I think the requirement is you live in the same place for 5 years to get that grant.

Any Wholesaler worth any salt will at least try to get as much for it as a Flipper would reasonably be expected to pay.

You can also try using salt water on the vegetation, but this would kill everything it comes into contact with and I'm not sure that is the outcome you're looking for.
