How about the individual who took a social media guru course and now believes there are sellers lining up willing to accept terms seasoned real estate investors have never seen in their lifetime. 

We can hop on our phone and look up the answer to any question, be entertained on social media for hours, and essentially do anything without delay. 

Additional Comments: Laid back personality, social but also enjoy my alone time too. 

That's the case in any segment but I think we tend to find it more offensive in Section 8 bc the government's paying.In any segment, I recommend checking social media and the like of all applicants. 

@Leo CuomoRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I think there a scamThey only take wire or ACHtheres no social media profile.i asked for them to send reviews, referral partners & social media.they we're defensive in there response.All the contact emails under the name is FB & LinkedIn icon but yet there not found
