Put a PA together and get it signed ASAP, have the seller fill out a disclosure, and select a title company.Thats what realtors get paid the 'big bucks' to do.

sold that place too.Make friend with the neighbors, secure the property, carry insurance, and be conscience of the crime in the area, will go a long way to reducing your odds of break ins.Also don't leave tools or other valuables at the property, and only order materials as you need them.Steve Babiak, we used to use double cylinder deadbolts on properties but a PA locksmith told me that there was a state law making them illegal.
