It has gotten so bad that some joker called MassHomeSale dot com keeps hammering our Craigslist :).Not sure if posting 1 ad a day (and since I have 4 distinctly different ad templates you won't see the same one more than maybe twice in a week) counts are "hammering".I guess I did have the audacity to post 2 totally different ads in one day a few days ago.  

I would post on craigslist at least 3 times daily changing my ad a little, rearranging photos and how I described the property.

Property taxes run about 1.5% in Ada County.

You'll ad a link that sends them to an opt-in form to collect their information. 

I plan to make this a regular ad as long as it is not to cost prohibitive. 

The carrier has to tear it all down, dispose of it, pay soft costs and upgrade it to current building codes (ADA, green building codes, AFCI, sprinklers, etc) that could be much more costly than the original construction.

I would look up ADA requirements at the federal and state level.

Is the property ADA compliant?  

The Building consists of 7-2 bedroom units and one ADA accessible 1 bedroom unit. 

I am wondering if there are any commercial brokers out there who routinely use a company/inspector to provide ADA compliance reports for their buyers/sellers...more specifically, in Arizona.
