I'd suggest you take a pass...Would you let a doctor operate on you if he's "read about" modern medicine, but not seen a patient in 20+ years?

Newer modern homes looking down into their neighbors backyard with junk all around.  

Looks modern and hides dirt.

The look can be a bit mid-century modern, which is very popular these days, but it blends ok with painted cabinets and older counters.

Modern materials and coatings do a great job from having a dog scratch up a floor however at the same time you don't know if they're going to chew up the cabinets or some nice molding around a door.

My thoughts: all modern units should be able to run non-stop without freezing, so long as everything is set up properly.

Looking for something more modern, but with a touch of rustic or southern charm.

So... if you were a Tesla or EV owner who didn't own a house, a cool modern multifamily place that offered not only free electricity PLUS free charging would be at the top of anyones list. 

Place instantly looks more modern with these instead of the ceiling fans.Gail
