I'm guessing I would also need to provide some type of shed to store lawn equipment.

Ideally for me with the equipment I have my ideal house would need updating on the interior and have zero curb appeal and need full lawn renovation, full landscaping and lots of tree work.

We did receive a settlement from the city for lack of use and access to that portion of our property but we still need to maintain it, and get equipment down there,  we can access it by a stairway but for larger items we have walked our mower, over the corner of the neighbors lot.
