--- I noticed you ran a credit check (I hope you didnt just take a credit report some one just handed you) on the 2nd roommate so to some degree that person is real, but how about identity theft.

The measure the mayor put forward was nearly identical to the one that nearly passed in December before Alvarez, one of the original authors of the December measure, torpedoed it.

So when the scammer steals someone's identity and applies, you won't catch it.

So, with 2 almost identical houses now empty I'm doing an experiment . . . lowering the rent on one & offering no rent for December with security deposit & January rent paid when lease is signed.

I got 3 identical bids back.

wait a minute"...I held it up to his first book, and turned the pages....it was almost the IDENTICAL BOOK AS THE FIRST!!!!

Any forum member on here that uses their real identity has probably jeopardised the security/privacy of a LLC in some way or other. 

If they are that upset about having their SSN in my files, there are services that will protect or insure them from identity theft for a monthly fee.
