we have too many banks in this country. imagine how much cost can be cut and fat can be trimmed if we had 50 banks or fewer. there used to be over 14k banks, and now it's down to about ~6k. do we need that many?

The trim on it bloated from the moisture in the bathroom :(I also agree that white shaker with a contrasting darker countertop looks dynamic, and is my look these days.

Would I need to pull off all the baseboard and door/window trim If I decide to panel the wall? 

Walls and trim get Sherwin Williams satin and semi gloss in my houses.

Most of those mess ups where from him saying he had not put on the finishing touches. ( ie Trim not having 2nd coat, crown not being caulked or painted, ect)I went and visited two jobs he did and they looked good.
