Whenever I'm faced with a squatter, I tell them the police are on the way and that they must leave. 90% of the time, they will.

Drove my accountant crazy.The life style they lead at home will cause neighbors being upset, very late night police calls and eventually either gang bangers or motorcycle gangs.

Though if the wholesaler knew of Bob's interest he wasn't defrauded by Jill and John's action and there wouldn't be title insurance coverage even if the wholesaler received a policy.I suspect if Bob tried to file a police report about the situation he would be turned away because again, he hasn't been damaged by Jill, John or the wholesaler's actions.

A couple have called the police to see if it's legal for me to mail to them. :-) I just tell the cops that I buy properties, I send out a 1,000 mailers at a time and they go away.If I had 100's of leads coming in every day, as our friend Jerryll indicates he has, so many of those would fall through the cracks that I wouldn't know where to start and stop.

We called the local police department to file a report and asked Police if they can call tenants to return my personal property.
