For an AirBnb, you need linens, washer/dryer, silverware/dining wear, everything. 

I have access to my own kitchenette with a portable stove, washer and dryer and private entrance, while still renting out the main house. 

We also had a washer-drier need replacing and another tenant gave notice as she got pregnant again and couldn't afford to pay the rent. 

Washer/dryer set is about $150. 

I place washer on scrap Trex so it sits above and not in the washer pan. 

There is ample storage, a washer and dryer included, and a small patio with utility shack outside.

We have also replaced the washer and dryer, did some tile work in the bathroom around the vanity.

One floorplan involves compromising the size of one of the two bedrooms, and the other involves putting the washer and dryer outside (building a small structure around it) to save the size of the bedroom.
