I am doing mid-high grade rehab on my primary residence and have the flexibility for the long lead time & consequences for delay if cabinets are damaged in shipping (requiring another 5 week lead time to replace).

in some markets this ship has simply sailed.. not enough distressed assets to sustain a viable business regardless of  license issues etc. 

We live an hour away so get to use it when we want to.I keep our boat and jet skiis at the dock.

All fright is shipped VIA barge from Seattle and things get banged around sometimes.
