I personally use as many different outlets as possible just to get as much exposure as I can.

I used to own Silverado Funding they are a good outlet for HML in the PDX market.

Signs that things were askew included 4" wall tiles on the bathroom floor, no GFCI outlets, and ceramic tile over plywood in the kitchen.

Electrical outlets can be GFI in any room, should be anyway, a 220 V run for a stove is a separate run. 

Once I get under contract, then I'll use those outlets and many others to market.

There is a company that compiles that info, Red X is one outlet for that info, but you can buy lists or varying quality to get that info.
