I feel like I am dealing with fraud here but unfortunately sent my ids and bank statement to him last week, I will monitor my credit reports and look for identity theft or fraud. 

If you can possibly cajole them into you finding out their legal identities first, before you give them the applications and the lease to sigh, it would be a good idea. 

I have since tried Chrome and Safari with identical results.Since I received no updates, I opened multiple tickets checking on status. 

Which is too cheap imho but I'm locked into this lease until May 2021.I think I can get $1200 for the second floor of Unit 2 which is almost identical to the first unit, after some small renovations.And I will be living on the third floor, hopefully, rent free (PITI is $1959)

Both units are pretty much identical to each other in terms of square feet, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, however, with just a few main differences such as:1) The lower unit has one window less than the upper unit in the back of condo due to the stairs from the upper deck down to the ground level so that stairs end up preventing the possibility for a window in that wall on the left side in the back of the lower unit. 2) The upper unit has a structure on the roof that is considered as a den room and it has a nice view of monument and Capitol Hill.

A nearly identical house next door but without a finished basement has just sold for 365,000 so I do feel confident on my ARV.

Your numbers are almost identical to an active listing on LoopNet in that area, so I assume it's the same building you're talking about. 

The price is right, and my agent is getting feedback that it "feels smaller" than ones of the identical floorplan.
